Of course, sometimes things may not always go as planned. So if you happen to be unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please let us know via email (info@localhost) and we would be glad to assist you.
- All item(s) is/are to be returned within 7 daysfrom the date of delivery.
b. If item(s) is/are unopened, unused or sealed, you may opt for either a 1-to-1 replacement, store credits or a full refund to your card.
c. If item(s) is/are already opened, used and unsealed, you may opt for either a 1-to-1 replacement or store credits.
d. Sale item(s) that is/are purchased with promotional codes or from the Special Deals page are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
e. All item(s) is/are to be returned using trackable mode or by our courier company at your own cost. (7 days will be counted from the date that our courier delivers/attempts delivery, to the date the customer brings it back to the post office and registers it for re-delivery.)
f. Please ensure that the product is in good condition with the Original Product box intact and email us the Tracking Number after the item has been sent.
